- Are the prices inclusive of VAT?
- Yes, all the prices you see include VAT. Take this into account if you intend to make comparisons with competing products.
- What does billed annually mean?
- The monthly price of the plan is calculated by dividing the annual total by 12, which will be billed only once and must be paid in a single solution.
- Can I cancel my subscription?
- Yes, you can cancel your subscription within 48 hours of its expiry date. You can do it manually from your workspace or by sending an email to info@uidu.org. Once canceled, you will not be charged for automatic renewal.
- What payment methods do you accept?
- We accept payments by credit card and bank transfer.
- Can I ask for a refund?
- Yes, all paid plans have an initial 14-day period in which you can change your mind and receive a full refund of what you paid.
- I have different needs, can I make a personalized plan?
- Yes, for customized needs you can contact us at any time by writing to info@uidu.org, we will find together the perfect solution for you.
